Senior Libyan officials continue to defect! EIGHT top army officials, including FIVE generals, have turned their backs on Muammar Gaddafi’s regime. They’re now appealing to their compatriots in the military to follow suit and end Gaddafi’s 40-year rule. One general says that Gaddafi’s military is only 20% as effective as it once was.
