North Korea is threatening “all-out war” against their Southern neighbors over military exercises between the South and the US. These exercises happen every year, and are part of a rehearsal in case they get invaded. But now North Korea is threatening to turn the South Korean capital of Seoul into, and I quote, a “sea of fire”.
