Russian media speculates over Putin cover-up. So the question that is captivating the world media is this – what’s up with Vladimir Putin’s eye? The Russian Prime Minister appeared in the Ukraine with visibly bruised eyes, obviously covered by make up. Speculation has run the gamut from a Judo injury to plastic surgery, although Putin’s spokesman blamed the whole thing on bad lighting and fatigue. Yeah, right.
