The FBI has arrested ten people on US soil suspected of being Russian spies. The accused have been working civilian jobs for the better part of a decade while allegedly infiltrating US policymaking circles to gather intel. The supposed deep cover agents are believed to have been after information regarding everything from nuclear weapons to White House rumours and CIA leadership.
China and Taiwan sign pact marking best relations in six decades
The governments of China and Taiwan have signed a historic trade pact. The Economic Co-operation Framework Agreement removes many longstanding tariffs and could boost bilateral trade between the two bustling economies. Tariffs on half of the 30-million dollars worth of goods that are exported to China annually will now be either reduced or removed.

Sandra filed for divorce back in April, saying the marriage quote “has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities.” No kidding!

FIFA President issues French President stern soccer warning
FIFA chief Sepp Blatter has issued a stern warning to French President Nicolas Sarkozy (nee-ko-LAH SAR-ko-ZEE)! He says that if the French Prez gets too involved with the national team’s dismal showing at this year’s World Cup, France could be BANNED from international soccer! Apparently FIFA will not tolerate any political interference with any of its clubs.
